Female soldiers shouldn't have arbitrarily lower physical requirements, if it is decided requirements don't need to be as high anymore then fine, but they should be exactly the same for both men and women. We should also consider copying China by having male/female only units instead of mixed ones. Though this might not be feasible outside of a conscription system.

No one has ever said it's impossible for a woman to be in active front-line duty. It's just highly, HIGHLY improbably.
Look at it this way: For a woman to be equal to men in front-line duty, she needs...
1: The Genetics. She needs to be born a big girl. 5'10" at the LEAST, with a solid frame. Yes this is taller than the average man, but it's to make up for the inherently weaker frame. This already cuts out HUGE swathes of the female population.
2: Of these rare 5'10+ girls, they need to have the physicality to be in the army. Meaning they need to have had an upbringing featuring lots of sports of physical labor.
3: Now from this pool of ultra rare Fit 5'10"+ girls, you need to find some that are actually interested in joining the military. This is possibly the biggest cut-off point. Not that many women want to join the military, and a number close to zero want to and CAN join the military.
4: Now that you have all that, they need to have the drive and personality to make it through training, and be able to work in the environment.
5: And even with all that, they now have special requirements for urination (I guess they can carry one of those silicon funnels around to be able to piss anywhere like a dude), pregnancy, risk of rape, menstruation...
So even if the military was 100% inclusive, you would still get maybe one woman per million man who'd fit all these criteria for front line duty.
And this isn't in any way sexist or misogynistic. It's just real statistics.
