You probably would need to learn German to get a full understanding (most books may have not been translated). There was a link on the Internet with thousands of German NS books, but the website is gone now. :/

It is important to differentiate between National Socialists and Nazis. Both are complete different, even opposing groups.

Characteristics of National Socialists:
- Ambition to fully develop body, mind and soul
- Classical music such as Bruckner, Wagner, Liszt, Beethoven, Mozart, Brahms (or traditional music such as Horst Wessel Song, but NOT neonazi-folk music such as Forseti and all that crap)
- Sculptures, for example Arno Breker
- Clothing style in public = suits for men, dresses for women
- Eugenics (= people with good genes should have many children, people with no good genes should have less or no children); Every child should have the right to be healthy
- No race-mixing of course
- Love own race; Neither love or hate other races per se, but depending on particular relationship (for example National Socialist Germany was friends with Spain, Italy, Japan etc.)
- Believe in God, but not necessarily a Christian one (nobody was accepted at SS who did not believe in a God)
- Strengthening of the family
- Women should be treated equally, but appreciation of different roles, no competitors, but complementors
- No feminism, hedonism, individualism, class struggle, materialism
- No tattoos, drugs, racism, degeneracy etc.
