It probably depends on the state but I'd say generally probably yes, depending on the type. Rifles and shotguns are much easier to get than handguns for the most part.

reminds me of when I took a fishing trip down to the Florida Keys back in 2013
Place where I stayed was filled with Key deer, they're endangered and extremely protected.
Anyways a ton of retired folk lived around the dock so the deer got use to people, even saw one deer laying down like a dog next to some old timers as they played dominoes on their porch.

It's against the law. It's hard enough to buy a gun in a state you're not a resident of, let alone a foreign national.
However if you spoke good enough english and found a face-to-face dealer on Armslist who didn't ask for a drivers license or voting card, you could get one pretty easily. The guy could just as easily get spooked and call the cops on you, though.
