They don't where I live. Everyone is wealthy here. Disproportionately so in fact. It's a college town. The poor people live a few towns away (20km+) they're not allowed here. Local police are trained to spot them and remove accordingly. It's not just because of the college but also the tourism industry with all the National parks/historic sites that keeps the criminals (except for drug dealers) away.
It's nice to live in a Utopia. Plenty of summer camps hire roo-fuckers around here. I recommend it.

You'd never think that seeing how it's an Ultra-liberal hug-chamber but it's true. Marist is first and foremost a business school with heavy web engineering programs. Bard is an art school...I give you that one. Every major there is useless. The Culinary Institute of America offers bachelor's program for many different facets of the hospitality industry. I myself have a BPS in culinary arts with a minor in hotel management. Transferred to Columbia med to get a masters in Nutrition. Par for the course around here.
If anything Culinary school taught me more about how to run a business than actual cooking. I cook well...but haven't done it for money in years.
Most of the North East is like where I live. There are minority populations in cities but they're controlled and restricted heavily. Like I said before, it's Utopian.
