Why did Ancient Egyptian civilization last so long? How can we ensure that Western civilization has the same health and sustenance?
We need to know who they were to begin with. There is still dispute about who the decedents of the Pharaohs were for example.
They had a huge head start on most everyone else. It's easy to be stable and long-lasting when you live in a desert, most of your neighbors are cavemen, and there are like three other civilizations in the world besides your own.

If you guys want to shitpost about Egypt at least learn the basics about it. It had a hard time holding itself together and had two major collapses before finally falling under Roman rule(thus why it's split into Old, Middle, and New Kingdom periods following reformation).

Nubians to their south looked more like typical Africans. Egyptians themselves were a rainbow people and the point is moot since all the sub-saharan African Americans likely have little or no lineage with them.

The distinction is less important than people realise. Nubians (kushites) did look like black africans but they had egyptian culture, built pyramids and functioning societies of their own. They were even khushite pharaohs.
