Take a puppet of Muhammad (well, they'te not for sale, just nick a Ken doll from. your sister's old toys, glue some pubes to its face and make a turban from some ripped white cloth, make an islamic man dress from the same white cloth and some sandals from some brown paper or something, people will get the picture), glue it to an exact same dart board, prick a red dart in the same location and hang it next to it. Make a small paper sign in the same style as the existing one, call the 'artwork' "Double standards". This would actually do what modern 'art' is supppsed to do: reflect on society and reality and make abstract concepts visible and tangible. It is supposed to put people to think about things. Of course, it would be removed quickly, but if you do the sign exactly right (font, style etc.), people will think the uni put it there and not remove it instantly.
