It's important in a democracy because 95% people are fucking retarded animals that see "big alpha men" and 8/10 times will vote that way. It's even worse with women now though since they vote with their cunt instead of their head a good chunk of time.

It might be the case that it matters in America, but then again, Rand Paul is a hardcore libertarian as well as a manlet and he is a very vocal and influential senator. It's a common meme to think that height really really matters, but he has had to hold many leadership positions and great success to even come into the position of senator, which is itself a high position of prestige and authority.
