Actually, there are a couple different diseases that can be gained from him an flesh. RKD, is a degenerative disease that come from misfolded proteins called prions. In New guinea they have a similar disease called Kuru. Similarly transmitted, but can take up to 20 years to kill you. It Is prevalent in tribes that eat their relatives when they die as a form of celebration. Both of these can be transmitted through the use of tainted human growth hormone. Both are rare, less than 1500 cases world wide per year. And yeah we taste like pork. Thus why we can take pig hearts in a pinch while waiting for transplant.
