That movie attacks both pro and anti immigration people.
For the pro immigration people, it tells them the dangers of mass immigration.
For the anti people it basically say "not all immigrants" by showing how loyal that Aussie secret service guy was for his new president. Willing to sacrifice himself for him. And there was the MI6 security who looked like he's from India or something. The guy also was willing to die for his MI6 colleagues.
