First things first, return the Anatolian coast to Greece.

Second, cut out those chunks Kurds from Armenia, Syria and Iraq.
Also remove the Turks from Cyprus.

Create a Sunni Arab state out of Syria and Iraq. Merge the Syrian minorities lands into Lebanon - Druze, Alawites, Christians and that lot.
Attach the eastern province of KSA to Shia Iraq.
Attach the Hejaz region of western KSA to Jordan.
Merge the Whahabist heartland of KSA with UAE and Qatar.
Split Yemen, attaching the Shias in southern KSA to the Shia partition of Yemen, attach the rest to Oman.

Also, attach Kuwait to Shia Iraq/KSA Eastern Provinces.
The region will now be divided along ethno-linguistic-religious lines, Turkey will be marginalized, the KSA will be marginalized, and the Sunnis will be sufficiently divided (or under docile Jordan) to neutralize them as a threat.
Lebanon will remain a clusterfuck, but hey, that's when Putin moves in and converts everyone.

Once we have our Christian states, you can bet your ass that the 30 million or so Middle Eastern Christians will migrate back to their homelands.
I know it includes Europe, but this needs to happen now.
