Why do business hire women? Or people who are obvious genetic failures? Dont get me wrong I've had some shit male workers, usually fat ugly fucks with nothing to live for.
I've found that with males from good genetic stock I've never had an issue.
The only issues come from fat losers or women. Both are a poor investment for a business.

I worked at an electronics wearhouse growing up which employed niggers AND women. The supervisors and team leads were all women.
I never worked in such a drama infested, back stabbing, gossiping working environment in my life.
