It never could officially be confirmed (as someone would except for a secret file and treaty).
Nontheless there are strong indicators what makes it seem real:
- a well respected politician (Egon Bahr) has confirmed its existance
- the first chancellor post ww2 (Adenauer) was a literal ally puppet (and Jew obvs), participating in the post ww2 ally dependence
- all chancellors must sign a contract. pic related shows Willy Brandt, the story is that when confronted with this paper he couldn't believe it and thought Germany was sovereign, rejected to sign it, stepped off, cried, to finally sign it later though, when accepting the harsh truth
- the spy affair: not the slightest bit of apology when spying our country and chancellor. no need to
