Foreign policy is extraneous to society. A society can be based on communism or capitalism and still have open borders, because the treatment of foreigners has no connection to the treatment of a country's citizens.
It doesn't matter whether or not libertarians support Mexichans (source also needed), because it's a completely seperate issue. It's like saying "liberatarians eat vegetables, thus libertarianism is all about forcing people to eat vegetables."
