The poor homeless man who didndu nuffin; Roy Brown, had an extensive criminal history (eight prior convictions) and robbed a bank under the threat of murder (he claimed he had a firearm, but he was lying) and got sent to prison for it.

Ummm. Prison is his only means of food and shelter. He is 54 living on the street. Prison has food, a warm place to sleep, a roof over your head and plenty of activities to keep you busy and free healthcare. This isn't a new thing either.
