Suicide depends on 3 things:
First you have to decide if the bad things in your life, the daily suffering/anxiety greatly outweights the good things and pleasures. If yes, then I guess suicide if better than living in pain (mental, or physical).
Secondly, you have to be determined or brave enough to go through with it. taking your own life is not easy, since you know you'll yease to exist and your instincts fight against it.
Finally, you have to decide if you have any realistic chance to improve on things. For example you might have some hope for the future, that things will get better.
So if you have a really shitty life with rarely and good in it, and no hope for the future, then I say why not. Life is not something valuable in itself.
