Most of these people either got drunk, smoked, smoked weed, drove too fast, committed teenage pregnancy, slept around, did drugs, fell asleep in class, cheated on their papers, spend time in various forms of administrative punishment rooms, did not show up to class on time, brought weapons to school, and fought in the hallways.
I remember high school and middle school all too well.

The 90s were rough on the youth, teen pregnancy, drug use, and promiscuity plummeted heavily by the time I entered highschool.
Urban groids had a 15% or so share of the student population and even they were pretty time. Obviously whenever a happening occurred, it was almost always pinned on them, but even bullying was generally very rare. and I live in a shithole, maybe it's just the midwestern mentality

I just remember all the tension from trying to keep up in classes. Every test felt like "all or nothing", in large classes. We had 3,000 students crammed in a school too small for us.

My graduating class was about 150 in a school of about 800 and 85% of the school was white since it was out in the county in North Carolina. Was kind of nice. Everyone was pretty much friends.
