This is simply an effort to further demonize the white demographic.. American citizens have been systematically brainwashed into casting judgment on past figures who acted reasonably within their time periods, so that guilt may yield "social justice."
People will NEVER mention that Jackson was a product of a time when events like the Fort Mims massacre occurred (Creek indians attacking settlements, slinging babies against walls and mass murdering settlers.) He was a man who had the resolve to slaughter them in return, then spare their leader (William Weatherford, my ancestor) because he respected his will to do battle.
People will NEVER mention that Jackson did put the nation into debt, but only because he wished to dismantle the corrupt nature of US banking. Any president who has attempted this has been systematically torn to shreds by modern historians (Jackson) or murdered (JFK).
No one will ever mention that Abraham Lincoln oversaw the largest mass execution in American history, after pledging to rid the state of Minnesota of all Native Americans, and allowing for their illegal expulsion. Or that he had re-colonization policies for ridding America of Africans.
Finally, no one will ever mention that Jackson was the only reason we are a fucking nation at this current period in time. He had the balls and gall to make illegal secession (this may be a negative, though) without yielding any bloodshed whatsoever. If not for Jackson, this nation would be divided at this period of time; he is literally the source of the Union's strength at the time of the Civil War, something a man like Lincoln could NEVER have the ability to compel.

Franklin was the president of Pennsylvania before the constitution was written. Hamilton was insanely important and also Washington's secretary of the treasury. Hamilton may not have been the president but he did establish the fucking currency he's printed on.

Hamilton was the type of man to cheat at a duel. In his duel with Burr, notable historians contend that Hamilton had rigged the duel by providing himself with a pistol that had a hair trigger. This meant that he would be able to take aim and fire faster than Burr. Whereas Jackson was always a man of honor, Hamilton was a coward. And still, Hamilton lost the duel, and died as a result.

I wouldn't. I'm just talking about how fucked up the replacement of Andrew Jackson is in general, and how Hamilton's precedence over him in this decision cements the fact that this is clearly being done simply as a social statement, most likely to draw future voters of different demographics.
Jackson everywhere is being villainized by the media and by people who don't understand history. He is, by all standards, now considered a morally contemptible villain for his Indian policies, which were committed at a time when Indians could be equated to ISIS and nearly all Americans had contempt for tribals.
He is the "racist villain" that will be swept out of history and replaced with a mediocre at best historical figure on the grounds of social justice. It's fucking sickening.
