Here in the states the bikers usually just kill each other and other minority related gangs.
Every no and again you hear about a shootout between biker gangs and there are surprising levels of casualties.

The ones on the bikes are dumb pawns for the modern day Hells Angels business men in suits. But if your talking about bikers in general, the notion that they are all hell-raisers is about as passe as that 1950's video with a manic weed smoker. 90% of Harley sales are professionals and entrepreneurs aged 30-55

Maybe a few still are.
Back in the day they were though, and I think they're pretty great because there's some good stories about them. Hunter S. Thompson and the Hell's Angels, Hell's Angel's doing security for Rolling Stones, that's classic American lore.
