The employees pay taxes too and encouraging new business ventures generates more tax revenue from employee salaries than taxing businesses at the same rate for success and failure.

Kasich would've been my choice for president, out of the current sorry lot he's the best of a bad situation. He's level-headed, moderate enough to find bi-partisan solutions, and actual has significant experience in governing, unlike the fucking senators.
