judging by these two things alone its clear he takes a rational approach on if things are negative them he wants them gone.
In my opinion he would be against people being stoners and doing nothing their entire lives. But I think while not a scientist but as a man having great respect for scientists and their forward thinking, he would have listened to them and acknowledged that it's less harmful than alcohol and cigarettes.
What's interesting to me would be finding out Hitler's stance on psychedelics. They clearly can be used as aides in treating depression by delivering a "magic" experience of life.
I believe I read Hitler was seeking to create a Nazi religion. Since Hitler's Nazi ideology was centered around the idea that Germans were the best, and in a Darwinist experiment where they would come out on top, I think we can assume his religion would be based on the idea of loving your fellow people but seeking the best to procreate and continue "the aryan" forward into evolution.
I think maybe not in Hitler's time but in the years afterward, Nazis would move toward using Marijuana and Psychedelics as their drugs of choice. They are not as harmful as the drugs we use today and can be a strong bonding experience for you to the world.
