Dropping out is fine, get accepted into a chill tech college and get a year off a degree. Then when you finish your first degree while everyone else is starting theirs you can either go work or do post grad and end up with an entire degree over those who didn't drop out.
Public schools are shit and the moment you can leave you should. None of them prepare you properly for work and you can't get a job with a high school certificate. Tech. diplomas and uni degrees are what get you a job. That and knowing people, doing internships/work experience and networking.
My main regret in regards to my career (besides spending so long in choosing to do it) is that I didn't drop out and just fast track into a diploma involving it. One time I wrote a fucking letter to my spanish teacher, explaining how letting me pass would be in her best interest because otherwise she'd have to deal with me for another year. I didn't even write it in spanish, I put it into google translator - thats how lazy I was. It still worked and she let me pass, or maybe my rich dad just bribed the school or whatever.
I ended up graduating with 3.0, barely enough to get into architecture university, where I needed 12 fucking semesters to get my bachelor done (normal time is 6-7 semesters). You know why? Because I still had not overcome this mindset I had in school, where I was a lazy fucking idiot and blamed everyone else for my failures.
Now I got insanely lucky in live, my family owns real estate and a successful architecture firm. My bed was already made before I was born, so I can now lie in it despite being a lazy motherfucker. But if I didn't get so lucky, I'd probably have dropped out of school and I'd be a trucker now or some shit.
It took me 12 semesters of uni, where I saw almost everyone surpassing me, to realize that I needed to put in my own work. I had to learn to work, I had to learn to study and to be dedicated and to have a goal. I will be eternally thankful to my family for not just kicking my useless ass out.

Glaub nicht, dass jede Schule tatsächlich im Rahmen ihrer Bemächtigungen agiert, es gibt durchaus Fälle, in denen Schulen versuchen einen Verweis durchzubringen, der nicht rechtens ist und das Schulamt kann dir dabei helfen das zu verhindern. In meinem Fall, da ich damals schon volljährig war, hat mich die Schulleitung dazu genötigt, "freiwillig" die Schule zu verlassen, weil sie gar keine rechtliche Grundlage hatte, mich der Schule zu verweisen. Deshalb, auf gar keinen Fall irgendeinen Wisch unterschreiben. Falls der Verweis nicht anfechtbar ist und das Schulamt nicht weiterhelfen kann, musst du für 2 Dinge sorgen. Erstens, eine Übergangslösung und zweitens die Anmeldung an einer anderen Schule, damit du keine Lücken im Lebenslauf hast. Für den Übergang könntest du zum Beispiel einen BVB (Berufsvorbereitender Bildungslehrgang) machen. Da wirst du üblicherweise sogar mit 200€ pro Monat für deinen Anwesenheit belohnt und was du dort lernst wird dir zertifiziert (Ist nicht viel wert, aber besser als nichts). Abbrechen kannst du das dann ohne Probleme, sobald das Schuljahr an deiner neuen Schule anfängt. Alternativ, wie ich aus anderen Posts lesen konnte, kannst du natürlich versuchen, dich erneut an deiner bisherigen Schule anzumelden, du brauchst aber definitiv einen Plan B.

If your school doesnt act they broke the EEC which every governement on private institution and/or company has to honor once they are established on european soil.

The 'injustice' lies mostly in things that happen outside of the rules, like the girls in OP's post. In most countries, there won't be a rule in the book which says "grills can skip school but boys can't". So, stay inside the rules and you can't be "discriminated" against.
