Wisconsin is an open primary. New York is a closed primary, one that required you to be fucking registered with the party you wish to cast a primary vote for no later than October 2015.
Funny, Cruzers loved closed primaries before.
Also, Cruz couldn't crack 50% in Texas (43.8%, lol). Think about how much more likely Cruz would be to win if he was liked enough by his party in his own home state to have gotten 50% there on Super Tuesday. Trump would be 48 delegates shorter of his goal, while Cruz would have 51 more delegates (Trump's 48 TX delegates, plus the three Rubio got in Texas).
