When we first met she wasn't on birth control, after a couple of months she decided that she should because she prefers sex without a condom. She is still on birth control because she has extremely bad periods (diagnosed with PMDD) and the birth control actually started to help her with them.
Also it was my idea to sleep in separate rooms because she likes to yell when she plays games and I'm a light sleeper. I already had to wear ear plugs to bed because she couldn't get to sleep without the TV on. So another room + ear plugs = I can actually get some sleep at night. I don't sleep as well when I don't sleep next to her, but some is better than none.

Ok bro, this is where it gets fun. She's American, I'm not. I got my US residency because I was married to her. We originally were living in Canada. So legally I am dependant on her for 10 years.
