here's my reasoning for this, in Africa, where almost no energetic costs are divvied into things like shelter, tools and agriculture like they must be in the north, there is 1 extremely powerful selective force in Africa that would explain blacks 'advantage-taking' behavior.
Predators.
When I say predators, I mean both human and animal, both behave the same. The natural response of physical defense and aggression is a powerful protection tool in an organisms kit, especially when the majority of that organisms selective energy can be donated towards it.
Whereas in northern white populations, not only could that reactionary seizing/fighting response get you killed by different social predators, but utilizing those energetics to fight back could be costly in the long run.
