>be sitting at home with family eating dinner, phone call from sweaty NEETS unsure of themselves and unable to form coherent sentences and unable to define what Democratic Socialism is, no people by and large hate telemarketers and political phone calls.

It's all 13 year old transtesticle commies from switzerland that phonebank. That probably isn't helping their campaign at all. Apparently many Trump fans have been using this to turn people off Bernie. Anybody can do it, just race bait them like crazy in their phone bank.

I used to work in an online store as a marketing specialist. A couple times a month we were sending e-mails and sms messages to our buyers - these are people who just bought from us and left their e-mail/tel. number for contacts, they never subscribed to anything.

I was surprised as fuck to find out how great this worked. People really did react to this shit and buy from us! I used to think there were no morons who read all this spammy sales shit, but boy was I wrong! Our sales surged each and every time.

So yeah, it really fucking works.

So my former middle school math teacher is my friend on normiebook. Dude is like 50 and preaches the gospel of Bernie almost fucking hourly. He kept asking everyone to phone bank for Bernie and people were getting pissed off at him. I know I would be pissed if someone called me about some old dude

Until you get me. Holy fuck, a couple of elections ago, it was a really nasty race for a seat in congress, and I was getting 10-20 phone calls per day. Whenever I got a live person, they got called things they had probably never heard before.

I even called one guy a googley eyed pig fucking clap infested cunt.

Yeah, they overdid it, and "vote for my cuck" calls don't fly with me anymore.

I always politely ask spammers to take me off their list the first time, then, if they don't get the hint, I'll see how long I can waste their time. They stop calling after that.

My last one, I kept getting calls for someone to come out and look at my roof for hail damage in a city that I didn't even live in anymore. After I told them that fact, they just kept calling everyday. So, I made up a story about my house was 6 stories tall and 150 years old with wood shingles from an ancient extinct tree species. I kept it going for a little bit, but then he called me on my bluff. All in all I think I wasted a good 10 minutes of his time.

They haven't called back since.

I don't react to any of this shit positively either and I don't know people who do. But the fact is: after sending out sms messages and e-mails, our daily sales more than tripled for the next day. Each time! I never realized people were so fucking stupid or gullible or whatever (I mean, opening these spammy messages, reading them, clicking on the links and buying something is extremely degenerate, as far as I can tell - and we didn't even bother to put much effort into design, writing and all that stuff).

Quite the opposite.

Trumps people also ask supporters to phonebank

i think old people dont have a concept of spam mail and actually open and read stuff. Thats why they forward all those nonsense chain emails about some fake health scares or whatever

Here in Russia, old people don't know how to use Internet or sms messages.
