I live in a majority white suburbia where I can count the number of black people in my neighborhood with just one hand. Is the general attitude cops have vastly different in nigger containment zones like Detroit and the South?

That said I was very anti-racist after leaving high school. Now thanks to experience I am somewhat a racialist.

Let me explain it currently living in a neighborhood like you've described, and having lived in a straight nigger neighborhood.
Living in a nigger area, the cops are more hardcore. It is understandable, IF you have never lived in a nigger neighborhood. Just being a poor white kid, the police treated just like a fucking hardened street nigger. It made me fucking hate cops even though I've never committed a crime in my life.
Now that I live in a nice area with no black people, the police are very fucking friendly. I even wave to the police and we wish each other a safe day at the 7-11.
You can't just be black and white on the issue (no pun intended). I understand that cops in high crime areas are under a lot of stress, but why treat little ol' me like a crook? Sometimes they can be overly aggressive, and these are the only types of police that I would ever have an issue with.

9 months total training from inception into the academy until graduation + field training. i currently work for a police department as a civilian and have seen the new recruits spend the last 4-5 months, even after finishing the academy, come to our shooting range to practice on weekends.
from what i understand you'll have tests on most commonly used sidearms, the ar platform, breaching gear, and non-lethals. the academy is devised in a way that you shoot every other day if not daily.

I have spoken to many police officers in Canada. They're quite respectable and chill people. As long as you listen to them and don't act like an asshole you are fine.
But the blacks in Canada are all over twitter and follow black lives matter so they're protesting against our police in Toronto over problems that are going on in the US.
