But if you read about Soviet history, although the Bosheviks were ethnic Jews they were secular and really hated Zionist Jews, so much so they killed a ton of them. There is a split between Jews who are ethnic/secular/liberal and those that are Zionists and believe in a return to Israel for all Jews. Not all Zionists believe it is yet time to return to Israel too. So it's complicated.
But there is a split between the left and right just like with Europeans and Americans. Unfortunately that is all really confused in that many Zionists also support shitting up the entire world to get even for "muh holocaust".
But really you have to realize that regular Jews are not 1 unified political moment.
