Actually you seem to be a bit misguided. There were plans (in action, not just theory) that slavish people with good genes could be germanized, i.e. declared proper german citizens. This also included producing offsprings with german etc. This was done throughout the eastern front. Especially when the germans were pushed back by the commies, they asked the civilians if they wanted to go back with the wehrmacht to germany or wait for the commies. Since the commies would have killed the civilians, they went back to germany, were declared "proper germans" in a special train on the way and could live in peace. People like this who could reach the allied occupied part of germany after WW2 were deported to south africa in order to continue living there.

If the jews wouldn´t have declared war in 1933 which removed all german products from french, british and US markets, they could have easilty kept the debt in check through trade. Yet they got barter trade going with the rest of the world and stole markets from the US/british empire. This in turn made them butthurt (because they still suffered from the depression of 1929) and was actually the reason for the war... economy (who would have guessed.......). Nazi germany had debt, but this wasn´t really in issue. Their problem was the huge amount of inflation their monetary system created because they basically had the same system the US has today with the FED, creating money from nothing without the gold standard. But the Nazis didn´t have the "petro dollar" to keep inflation in check.
