The moon would definitely be high up on the list of tasks.
He'd die soon after the war from a drug overdose and the Reich would soon collapse after the lack of central leadership.
People would have different opinions on how to run things, and the whole thing would just disintegrate overnight.

His drug usage was hyped up as propaganda. I take amphetamines all the time for school and they are extremely easy to stop taking.
He was going to deport all Jews to Madagascar, turn a ton of Eastern Europe into Lebensraum, change Berlin's name to Germania and make it the capital of Europe, and then start a space program. He didn't have time to plan much further than that before Stalingrad really fucked everything up.
The Nazis apparently found a ton of occult and ancient knowledge in Antarctica and ancient tombs. We also still have no idea where they hid their Doomsday device (or wtf it was, maybe the supersonic Bell weapon) or the bulk of their treasure such as the Russian Amber Room.
For all we know, the remaining Nazis sold off all the treasure and used the funds to make a secret compound somewhere and will rise up again at the height of WW3 to save us like Gandalf in the Battle of Helm's Deep. All speculation of course ;^)
