Yea they try but it's not easy. I can't even explain why most of the grammatical things are how they are, or why, I just know them.
There's also a lot, well not a lot but some finnaboos who move here from USA, Germany, Russia etc who basically love this country and then try to learn the language. Very few people end up learning it because it's so complex, and the pronounciation and overall fluidity of the language is always off no matter how many years you try to perfect it.
There are a few languages that you can kind of learn to be very fluent in if you start young enough, but Finnish is not one of them. At least I have never met a foreigner who speaks flawless (actually flawless like a native speaker) Finnish, unless they were born here.

This sounds off to me. Vihdoin is the word to use in that context, it's like "finally," where as "viimein" would be like "at last." Viimeinkin instead could work, but vihdoin is a better option. But when it comes to the last word, I'd put it "vihdoilla." Vihdoin is an old way of saying things, you don't say that "menin sinne autoin" either.
So to be autistic and correct I'd say that the sentence should be vihdoinkin vihdoin vihdoilla, that's the most fluent and grammatically flowing way to say it.
