We have so many frivolous federal departments, if we reduce the budget and reallocate money while cutting back on earmarked money, boomers wouldn't be such a prevalent problem.
We could also move social security into privately managed accounts. Individual account managers are given leniency to inspect financial well being of it's account holders, deal money out accordingly. Create rules and restrictions that inhibit crony capitalism taking over.
