Let me break down some history for you real quick. Russia has always been a backwards shithole running on Patrimony, basically, even though Putin's revisionist historians try their damndest to pretend like we were some enlightened Shangri-La. But then Peter The Great got the right idea that the whole thing needs to move forward, and he basically imported a whole class of craftsmen and beuracrats from abroad, which created the intellectuals and the borgoise. The serfs remained the same.
That's where you get the great Russian culture from, the classical music, the literature, the art you name it. For the most part it was produced by people from this imported genetic stock, or people brought up by contact with it.
But some centuries later the Bolshevik Revolution happened. Which was basically helmed entirely by Jews, who vehemently hated Russia, and imported provocateurs. And what they did first IS TO ELIMINATE THAT INTELLECTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL CLASS, to lord over the sefs who don't know much and can be roused by promise of getting one up over their barins.
Then the USSR basically promoted negative selection, and post-soviet Russia seen so much brain drain in the 90's, and then Putin returned the patrimony model again, while still promoting negative meritocracy.
So here how it turned out. Russians, and people in post-Soviet states like Ukraine and CIS countries, are some of the dumbest and degenerate people you can find, i mean genetically. They are wired for being cucked by anyone who has even a modicum of official weight, like a fucking beat cop, have addictive personalities and seem to completely forgo the concept of cause and effect.
