Only for 9 month men and drivers as they're used as free labour. 6 month men training continues until the end. J-kausi is all about learning to work as a part of a whole and even then there could easily be another month of training. Just as the conscripts have gotten a proper hang of their skillset and function as a company, they get dumped out and a new batch comes in. It's quite an unthankful job for the trainers.

See, if the army had been optional I probably would have just skipped and went straight to university. However since it was mandatory I went there and did extremely well, even got to officer training school which gave me a lot of great experiences.
