I assume it's the standard treaty that all recognized religions get. The terms are fairly simple. Your adherents register their religion with their local governments, the ministry of finance adds more taxes to their income, and you get said taxes, minus a small collection free.

Atatürk had the "no religion schooling from the state" attitude in the beginning but later changed it to "the state controls all religious schooling" and it turned out pretty good for some time (as in fostering relatively moderate attitudes compared to other sunni countries).
The best thing would be making them leave,second best thing might be suppressing Islam totally but the third best (and currently most realistic one) might be to push a cucked version of Islam via. the state and stropping other forms.
On the other hand this approch might not work in a modern (western) setting because we're too cucked to seriously crack down on any hint of more extreme attitudes like I'd imagine Atatürk did (not sure) and the Wahhabi pushers are much stronger today and control of information is much harder.
