I work in an industrial workshop of ~200 non-management non-office workers (mostly laborers, welders, fitters, and machinists)
I think there have ever been around 10 women since I started, and all but two were fired for being dangerous, aggressively confrontational, or for being lazy on the job. (spending too much time in the bathroom, taking too many cig breaks, generally being slow and lazy)

I work part time at a local Best Buy to raise money to pay for college. There's only one girl who I work with on a frequent basis and she's fine for the most part (she's also asian). She tends to get a bit lazy here and there but overall she's fine.
I personally care more about the niggers that I have to work with. They are the dumbest and laziest people I've ever had to work with. They hardly work and when they do they do a piss poor job. They fool around way too much and tend to stand around talking to each other about basketball or girls instead of working, even when there are customers in the store. Hell, they sometimes go out of their way to talk to customers about random stuff instead of just helping them find what they need.
It actually gets even worse when the store closes and we need to warp thing sup. We always leave late because these dumb coons don't fucking work. They always go to the back of the warehouse and start playing music over the warehouse radio and stand around doing absolutely nothing. It always pisses me off and if I were a higher-up I would fire every single one of them and replace with with whites, asians, or spics.

Strange, most of the women at my work are pretty chill.
We joke around and shit, they're not even mad when I show up anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes late every day. They just say I "run on anon-time". Granted, i don't fuck around on the job, and keep the other drivers in line when they start being idiots.
It also helps that if I quit/get fired they're fucked, because there's literally no one to cover my shifts. Guess I'm one of the lucky ones, since I live in a quiet, 95+% white, suburban town.
