No. It's a lot more likely to be around 30 million. People have been using the 11 million statistic since 2006, and it was based off of a consensus.
A financial instutiton realized they were losing money due to illegals, and based off their calculations there were 20 million illegals in the US around 2005, and they predicted at least 2 million to come the next year.
So if you low ball it that only 1 million came, and came every year after that, you get around 30 million.
