I think he's very funny. I don't often watch his show, because I don't like celebrity interviews, but I watch a lot of his sketches and clips on youtube. I like when he harasses his staff.

He was a shit, unfunny and unwatchable host for decades while the show itself, while goofy, was entertaining. His Harvard side could never completely commit to being a comedian, and that got telegraphed as a kind of nerdy anxiety that alienated viewers.
He got the Tonight Show, and what he should have done was take the show back to a Carson-like semi-seriousness, which is what it needed after the vapidity and perpetual forced creepy shallowness of Jay Leno. Conan was smart enough for it. But he went full goofball, probably at the behest of studio types, and failed.
He's was always personally likable but not particularly funny. His remote stuff is funnier than his interviews. And yeah, Late Night TV is a mostly a bunch of Jew garbage, with a Jewish writer's room pushing "jokes" through a goy face.
