Trump gets the nomination and probably 1/3 of Republicans won't vote for him. Trump doesn't get the nomination and probably 1/3 of Republicans won't vote for the nominee.

Trump has no chance. The Presidency stays in the hands of Democrats for another 8 years, possibly 16. Over time, the American people grow sick of the Republicans in Congress and vote them out. Eventually, the GOP is replaced with a real conservative opposition party like the Libertarians.
You do realize that Trump's unfavorability isn't really that much higher than Clinton's right? That it'd be relatively easy to swing his down a few points, and hers up?
Trump won't even get the nomination, neither will sanders, Hillary wins, in any scenario, it's Clinton.

Trump has a chance of winning them over if he changes his tune. RIght now his campaign has been pandering to idiots and bigots (eg, /pol/), which isn't going to win over many Bernie voters. He could benefit from the Bernie supporters going third party instead of Hillary, but he'd still need to unite the #NeverTrump crowd.
