This is the problem with a medium being controlled by a corporation. If you look at the printing press or the WWW, no one company or even government controlled access to the medium; but with shit like Twitter and Facebook, all it takes is a decision that some candidates are "hate speech related" and they can be silenced. I imagine most companies only really care about the bottom line so news about them censoring certain points of views might impact that in a way they're not comfortable with.
