i dont think people should own large trucks or sports cars. being struck by a vehicle is far more brutal. on top of that, they allow people who have no business being being such a machine the ability to kill large groups of people by simply starting the vehicle, stepping on a pedal and steering the machine towarsds a someone. to be quite honest i walk more than driving my own vehicle and many time at cross walks i find people stopping beyond the stop line and endangering my life. many time i can say i was almost a moment away from being struck because the driver simply did not look my way. with any tool in this moderb world people have the ability to kill and its given to them blindly with the belief they are responsible and in the right mind.
