Did that article even have any factual errors or mistakes that "needed more work"? They're talking about how it was wrong to call choking someone with a chain a "brutality", it was "irresponsible" to publish the article and that there should be "more help to support newcomers to our schools". The guy here claims that the statements in the article are "not true". So were those parents lying about what happened? Were the kids or the parents just making up stuff? I find this hard to believe, especially since this wouldn't be the first nor the last time that people tried to cover up the nasty side of immigrants. I find it more likely that the reality of the situation was offensive and they'd rather silence the truth than confront it.

I've not problem with genuine refugees, and I'm sure that the majority of people coming as refugees are just trying to escape the shitty culture they come from.
That being said, there are also ISIS fighters hidden within those groups of refugees, and I'm getting sick and tired of people pretending as if that's not the case.
Apparently in Canada we pick which refugees we let in carefully, and I hope for our sake that that's true, but I'm still concerned with how many we're letting in, if for no other reason that financially.
People have already been kicked out of hotel rooms that they were renting long-term, making it their homes, as they had no other plans of places to live, effectively being kicked out of their homes.
How much farther do we go? Do we actually move people from their own houses next? Make them move tenants out? Where do we stop?
Even if we build new houses, where do we build them? Where can we build them so that they have proper plumbing? Should we bother putting Internet there? If not, then should we put phones there? How much will THAT cost?
