Traveling in Africa I noticed a lot of albinos. Not sure if it's much more common there, or just much more noticeable since they stand out.

Black albinos still produce small amounts of pigment though, that's why they have blonde hair and pinkish skin.
White albinos produce no pigment at all, or if they do they end up with light blonde hair, but the skin remains snowy.

I've seen albino whites in real life, they all have pink skin, it's pink due to their blood.
The hair being blonde likely has something to do with African hair consistency, it's thicker and probably has a difference of substance that may attribute to it's more golden coloration when lacking pigment.
