The Exec chef, his assistant and the expo were all tipped directly by tables (Exec and assistant were also salary) frequently (that was definitely not an expectation but happened a lot) and the expo was on tipshare, since he was running my food 1/3 of the time. The rest of the line was paid over $14/hr DOE as they were all experienced/skilled cooks. The place I work now?
