Speaking as a former gay man. I'm going to have to say no. Capable of physical attraction, some form of attachment, but I don't know what I would classify it as. It's more like that of a friend you have a really close bond with. Something hard to describe. This holds true for what I've seen experienced by other homosexuals. I suppose that's anecdotal at best though.
I stopped seeing people for a couple years. I used to be extremely liberal and left leaning. Then I got redpilled when I migrated here from /b/ and I'm more moderate. Currently engaged to the woman I plan to marry and it feels completely different than anything I've ever experienced.
