His point was that leftists are disconnected from the reality of their policies. You can't enact entitlements that require growing populations and then as a group not even keep a neutral replacement rate. It creates a top heavy imbalance that destroys a nation either through the importation of shit cultures or collapse of the entitlements once they hit critical mass.
