To answer your question OP,it depends.
If you excluded Italians,Spaniards,Portugese and Greeks from the mix,population would look pretty much like Germany(mix of light hair and light eyes,and dark hair and dark eyes,with white skin colour).
If you included those countries I mentioned,EUrope would be few shades darker and much more darker in features.
