Actually it would be quite easy. We just have to ban all official documentation of race and ethnicity for non-medical purposes. No group gathers that data unless they intend to discriminate against one group or the other. The only setting where it makes sense is healthcare, but with 23 And Me style genotyping, even that is unnecessary. Ethnic groups could just be assigned numbers or hashes. Technology should be able to provide a method for race-blind hiring and interviews etc.
