If Trump is NOT the nominee and not running independent, I'm not voting.

However, if the kikes running the party fuck over trump AND have the audacity to run Ted KIKE Cruz, I'll vote Hillary, only because some emails showed she wanted to cuck Israel. She has already started so many wars with the help of Soros, we might as well go whole hog.

Fuck you fucking kikes.
>>
>>71045965
Why?

You are aware that Sanders wants to bring in 3,000,000 refugees?

Cruz is my second choice and Hillary is my 3rd choice.

Knowing that Hillary is a racist boosted her above Bernie who is a white hating cuck.
>>
>>71045810
If it's Sanders vs. Cruz and I don't vote third party I'm voting Sanders.

Ted Cruz is a lying sack of rat shit who puts his religion before his country.
>>
>>71046829
Obama is more a real conservative than any GOP president in the last 30 years. He actually is deporting illegals unlike Bush who wanted to give them amnesty or Reagan who actually did.
>>
>>71046743
>Always vote for the candidate that will help the white race the most
>Ted Cruz
>help the white race
Even if I did want that, do you honestly think El Rato can or will do anything to that effect? He will further destabilize the Middle East (making the refugee problem worse), drive the enemies of Christianity closer together (including moderates), and pontificate in the White House while accomplishing absolutely nothing that benefits the American citizen. And that's assuming he even wins a general, which he won't. If Trump is out, I'm going Bernie. If both are out, I'm writing in Rand Paul.

I don't give a shit about "conservatism," I vote for the candidate who I think 1) reflects my own beliefs best, 2) will do the best job and benefit the country most, and 3) has the best chance of winning. I don't care who has the best score on Conservative Review, ideological purity is not a factor to me.
>>
>not writing in Trump anyway
>>
>>71047100
I would put Kasich ahead of Cruz simply because Cruz is so fundamentally insane when it comes to social beliefs because of his religious views. He will waste so much time in office with topics no one simply gives about anymore. Most people dont give a shit about gays or abortion, we care about jobs and our own personal well being.

Conservatism is fucking cancer, you moron. It has conserved nothing.

If Trump gets screwed out of the nomination, I'm voting Democrat.

Hillary, Bernie or El Rato are all cut from the same cloth with some minor differences between them.

Any of those three and America moves in the same, rough, direction, the only question is how far?

I'm willing to let Democrats push the envelope further to spite a Right-Wing Party that is hardly Right and doesn't represent me.

Have fun getting overrun by Hispanics, betraying the American worker, ensuring we help China's economy, destabilizing the Middle East etc. At least you'll have slightly lower taxes and can sleep easily knowing the Israelis are safe.

No.

This election is no longer about party affiliation.

I am not voting for Ted Cruz because of the party.

I am voting for a candidate I can believe in and identify with. I'm voting for a candidate I believe will get the job done.

That's why I'm voting for Donald J. Trump.
>>
>>71045810

Yeah. He wants to reform tax filings. He's not Hillary.

Worthy cause.

>>

If you vote Ted Cruz, all you do is ensure that it will be extraordinarily difficult for someone like Trump to rise again. Enjoy a party filled with the likes or Rubio, Bush and Kasich. At least they're not Hillary, right?
>>
Johnson > Trump > Clinton > Sanders > Kasich > Stein > Cruz

i like how all of ted cruz's propaganda has to do with honesty. "trusTED." "a time for truth." meanwhile HE HOLDS THE BIBLE UP HIGH and fucking lies over and over and over.

and fuck no, i'm not voting for ted cruz. not only is he merely another puppet and a dirty trickster, he also strikes me as a pedophile serial killer.
>>
>>71045810
Basically, if they railroad Trump, it proves that our system is broken and that the white, populist, majority has no chance at representation in this current govt. We would be the definition of disenfranchised.

In response so to this info, I'll vote for Sanders or Hillary. Why? Because democrats can only speed us faster to the collapse. They're dumb enough to outlaw guns, they're dumb enough to bail out niggers and import mudslimes.

I'd rather be younger than older when it happens. I'd rather be of an age that I am capable of fighting, surviving and thriving, rather than old and tired and easily picked off.
>>
>>71048104
He stopped the upward trend in deportations, BUT didn't stop the upward trend in illegals entering.

This is why immigration is "down", because he didn't keep up the pressure and now they've taken every shit job that we have.
>>
>>71048351

Since when the fuck did conservatives ever complain about Evangelicals in their party ?

They've taken over your party since Reagan was in office
>>
>>71045810
No.

Only way Cruz is going to win is by stealing delegates from Trump, which will then trigger a brokered convention, which literally encourages corruption of the candidates.

If the GOP robs Trump of the nomination, I will never vote for any GOp candidate again. I don't care if Trump re-runs years from now under the GOP, or if Ron Paul comes back, I don't give a shit. I will not vote for a party that doesn't give a shit about it's voter base and only seeks to put the people the establishment wants in. If Trump is robbed, the GOP will completely split, and it will die like it needs to.
>>
>>71047915
I didn't say that it was. /pol/ is wildly unrepresentative of society's values on the whole. But what you're under estimating is how often /pol/'s demo changes; by the time November rolls around it will be peopled by healthy representation of new posters from other boards, more interested in the general election than what took place in the primary.

Exactly how primary voters and general election voters are different.

Cruz can claim he's a real conservative all day or that he's the nice, agreeable option compared to Trump.

He can change his policies to be more like Trump; say things like "China is killing us in trade" or We are going to build a wall"

But the real problem is his face. A lot of people will not elect him for his face alone and then add the fact that he's got that creepy jesus freak vibe.

SORRY TED, YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR FACE.
>>
>>71050587
And yet he would have a plurality of the delegates and is winning the popular vote by millions of votes. The primary process is an attempt to select the candidate that a majority of the voters of that party wants to represent them.

To give it to any other person would be an insult to the American people and a triumph for the corporate overlords and the Washington elite and nobody else.

Unreal. Missouri GOP Defends Stealing Delegates from Donald Trump for Ted Cruz (VIDEO)

Jim Hoft Apr 15th, 2016 10:08 am —66 Comments

The Missouri GOP held county caucuses last Saturday to elect delegates to attend the state convention in Branson, Missouri on May 20th and 21st.
Donald Trump won Missouri and was awarded 25 delegates to 15 for Ted Cruz.

The Cruz people want to make sure their supporters replace Trump delegates to the national convention. They are actively working to thwart the will of the people of Missouri.

>that a majority of the voters of that party wants to represent them.
>of that party
Trump's margin of victories in primary states are democrats and independents. They aren't representative of the Republican party.

And you already admitted the core argument elsewhere in your post:
>that a majority of the voters of that party wants to represent them.
>a majority of the voters
Pluralities are not majorities.

Trump has not secured anywhere near majority support. Even benefiting from extra delegates for his wins owing to pre-existing rules, he was pushed forward as the marginally favorited guy from a crowd of a dozen and a half contestants, with an extra boost received from those who are representative of people that WON'T be voting for him in the general election. Trump loses independents wildly.

This is the worst shill.
I first saw this after Wisconsin. Then the narrative was to vote Hillary to "Spite the GOP". I get it, it's arguable.
Here's my argument. For some reason humans often want to vote for the candidate they think has the best chance of winning. People say, "Why did they even vote for the Independent candidate, it's obvious he wasn't going to win." Don't do this. Nothing ever gets done by doing this. Vote for who you feel is the best candidate. In this case, if you feel Trump is the best candidate, and Trump does not secure the nomination, you write in his name.
;tldr
WRITE IN TRUMPS NAME
THIS IS A MOVEMENT

It's fucking nuts, and the media goes right along with it whenever they don't question (frequent) claims that Obama deports more illegals. It was a big hit in conservative media a few years back, but of course it won't penetrate to greater awareness until the people themselves counter the libs, who all just go with the lie as part of their narrative.
>>
>>71045810

If you deny Trump the nomination, Hillary wins, its that simple. Expect to lose.

It wont be Trumps supporters fault, itl be yours for making them feel like their (majority) vote doesnt count.

Hillary will win, if there is even an election after they start shooting up all the politicians for not allowing a democratic vote.
>>
>no trump, no vote
>>
>>71051416
A lot of states are doing this. The delegates are bound for Trump on the first vote, but they're secret Cruz supporters.

This is part of why I refuse to support Ted Cruz. Ted Cruz can't win, because he doesn't have the people. He can only win because he gamed the system.

The other part is that Cruz is a self-serving sack of shit. After the Chicago riots, the Brussels attacks, the National Enquirer piece, Ted Cruz blamed Trump. Never forget how willing Ted Cruz was to sell out Donald Trump and side with BLM and MoveOn. If I recall correctly, the only person who didn't blame Trump was Hillary.

Obama's Jusice Department also changed the definition of a "mass shooting" to include 4 or more people injured by bullets in a given shooting incident. Obviously this is a conflation with gang crime, which is driven by 15-20 predominately black and hispanic cities- with the relatively anomalous

Have you ever met a delegate? These aren't party bosses or elites. They're mostly just regular folks with regular jobs with marginally more interest in having their voice be heard in the process of party politics. They're close to the grass roots of the conservative movement; it stands to reason that not a lot of them would be naturally drawn to a NY moderate in most things.

Not really. Ted Cruz directed his supporters to vote for his delegates. This is what Ron Paul did in 2012, in states where he lost the popular vote. The RNC responded by replacing his Maine delegates. Something tells me the RNC isn't going to replace Ted's Colorado delegates this year.

Colorado will be one of a few states where Republican primary participation is actually down from 2012. If you think fucking over the voters is a long-run winning strategy, you probably also think insulting New York values is a long-run winning strategy.
>>
>>71052814
>By that measure, Cruz and Kasich DEFINITELY shouldn't be nominated. They had an even smaller vote share than Trump.
I didn't say Trump should be nominated under the scenario in which he doesn't get a majority, only that it's not his to lose. Technically anyone would be eligible to win at that point, including Trump.
>Like how Ted Cruz won all the Colorado delegates with no presidential vote?
There wasn't going to be a primary vote, and its a lie to say there was. Knowing this, Cruz worked for it. Trump didn't. >>71053395
>That also applies to Romney.
Romney secured the nomination fairly easily, compared to Trump. Not to say he was a good choice, or didn't have opposition. He wasn't, and did, but it wasn't organized well, represented by a decent opposing candidate and did NOT receive support of those who wouldn't have Romney. So it was Romney.

>even if he has to oppose the will of the voters to do it.
The will of non-republicans who think they can flip the nomination towards the weakest possible opponent for the Democrats, maybe. Voters? Not so much. Most have votes against Trump by a wide margin. He doesn't get to go to the convention and claim to represent them.

Look, this is all on Trump. He could have spent this entire election cycle trying to work to mend fences and alleviate concerns, but he's chosen to have them as enemies instead, because it's good at locking up a core of support. But that core will in all likelihood not be sufficient to win the nomination outright, meaning he now would have to deal with all those others he waged war on. Boo fucking hoo if this monument to negative, divisive campaigning has to suffer the consequences of being an asshole to everybody.

> Boo fucking hoo if this monument to negative, divisive campaigning has to suffer the consequences of being an asshole to everybody.
Are you a Cruz supporter, because if so, the irony is fucking delicious. Ted Cruz is the biggest prick in the race. The fact that he constantly blames Trump for everything is the main reason I'd never vote for him. If he'd blamed the protesters at the Chicago riot, or the Muslims for the Brussels attacks, I'd consider it. But the fact that he used them to attack Trump shows that he doesn't believe any of the policies he's taken from Trump.

>There wasn't going to be a primary vote, and its a lie to say there was. Knowing this, Cruz worked for it. Trump didn't.
Ted Cruz won all the delegates because there was no vote. He may win the nomination through similarly undemocratic means. Again and again, the only way Cruz can win is by removing the voters.

This is what it comes down to: Trump appeals to the people. Cruz appeals to the donors.

He was a Republican, though, and is only of a certain age (45). Going back into the way back machine, this makes Cruz 29 in 2000 at the point Bush was challenging for the presidency. Up until about a month ago I would've supported him had he been nominated.

But he has shown his true colors. Guy is a scumbag rat.

Cruz can't win, so there's really no point to support him
>>
I will vote libertarian if cruz is nominated

Fuck the GOP, let em burn

They also lie about Cruz's role in the Heller case. They like to pretend that because Ted Cruz wrote a brief in that case (one of dozens that were submitted to the court) he won the case.

He didn't. That case was all this guy:

Cruzlims are liars. Just something you have to get used to when talking to them, unfortunately.

>Hillary, Bernie or El Rato are all cut from the same cloth with some minor differences between them.
Hillary and Bernie being the same with minor differences I could see. But them both similar to Cruz? You're bloody daft unless you mean they're part of the system. Then that wouldn't apply to Sanders.

I'd never even heard of this case, but "Cruz" appears only once on the wikipedia article for the case. Just try it with CTRL-F.

Cruz is a piece of shit. What else will he claim responsibility for?

I'd never vote for Cruz.
If Trump is cheated from the nomination, I'll probably vote 3rd party.

Trump > Hernie > Zodiac Killer > Shillary
>>

The Republican party is committing suicide by not backing Trump.

The 7 million voters+ he has will walk, meaning a Dem landslide.

So it's a good thing in a sense. The cronyism and elitism of the current primary situation is pretty scary and disgusting at the same time.
