There are four people who are called "brothers of Jesus" but it's a matter of debate whether James, Jude and Simon were "sons of Mary". Simon was supposedly a son of Mary, but Jude was apparently actually the cousin of Jesus, it was also him of course who betrayed Jesus. James is also implied to have been a son of Mary and Joseph. However, Joseph himself as also called on of Jesus' "brothers", so depending on your interpretation this could mean Jesus took the man who raised him into adult to be his "brother" as he was not his biological father, but more like a stepfather. Or, Mary and Joseph had a son... named Joseph. And of course this is different from Joseph son of David, and the Joseph who lent his tomb to Jesus for 3 days.
