And a larger percentage violent crime is committed by blacks. Rather then population percentage determining acceptable percentage of deaths by cop, you should be looking at percentage of criminals. As it goes if most of the crimes are committed by blacks then it would follow that deaths should reflect that, as most of the time cops would be interacting with them.
